Refund policy

This Policy is for goods purchased on Harris Tweed® Golf Collection online store.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are returned in their original condition, unused within 14 days of receipt of order. except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods have been incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be in £  GBP - Sterling.

When returning products for which you have received a discount or special offer the refund will be the price paid.

Where there is a refund for the return of damaged items or incorrectly supplied items, this payment will be via PayPal.

Can I Change or Cancel my Order?

We will make every endeavour to cancel your order if has not already been dispatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow our standard returns procedure.

You cannot change the order electronically after you have completed the order process, however, we are very friendly and can accommodate changes to your order by telephone as long as we have not already dispatched it.

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange 

  • We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
  • We will not reimburse the postal charges of returning an item unless that item is being refunded because has been sent to you in error.
  • The goods must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
  • You must return the item to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the order but do not return the goods to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods, from any refund you are owed.
