Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Products under the two year warranty should be handled with care, the better you look after them the longer they will last.

However, If your purchase should fail or not continue to meet your satisfaction then you can return to us for repair or replacement as part of our happiness guarantee which covers product for two years.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard UK delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days.

Europe & Northern US delivery can take 14 - 21 days unless a priority service is used.

Where possible we send your purchases tracked.

Global Delivery can take a bit longer sometimes up to 28 days

If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days or by the tracked information guidance, please contact us and we will look into the details.
