MAIREAD HUME Launches Exclusive Cromlix Harris Tweed® Golf Collection in Collaboration with Judy Murray

Luxury Scottish golf accessories brand Mairead Hume is proud to announce the launch of a Limited Edition Cromlix Harris Tweed® Golf Collection, designed with fabric commissioned by Judy Murray for Cromlix, the award-winning hotel owned by her son, tennis legend Andy Murray.

This exclusive Harris Tweed® was originally designed by Judy to reflect the heritage, elegance, and sporting spirit of Cromlix. With a surplus of this stunning tweed on hand, Judy chose to collaborate with Mairead Hume to give the fabric new life  and ensure it would be repurposed with purpose.

The result? A premium golf collection that seamlessly blends Scottish craftsmanship, sport, and sustainability.

The Cromlix Tweed, woven in the Outer Hebrides and officially certified by the Harris Tweed Authority, features a classic palette inspired by Wimbledon, a thoughtful nod to the Murray family’s storied tennis legacy. Each piece is handcrafted in Scotland using this iconic fabric, and available only in limited numbers.

Golf Meets Tennis for a Great Cause

More than just a stylish accessory, this collection supports the future of Scottish sport. For every item sold, £5 will be donated to The Stephen Gallacher Foundation – a charity committed to giving young people opportunities to learn and enjoy golf.

The Limited Edition Cromlix Harris Tweed® Golf Collection includes:

  • Driver, Putter & Fairway Head Covers

  • Tee Bag

  • Valuables Pouch

  • Golf Shoe Bag

This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Scottish design history, handcrafted from a fabric that carries the legacy of two of Scotland’s greatest sporting personalities.
